Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and driving sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our products and services.
Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on new products and industry trends.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the vinyl graphics or related industry.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computer systems and accounting software.
Attributes: Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
